The Aarke Refill Service, also known as the Cylinder Loop, is a simple and sustainable way to exchange your two empty CO₂ cylinders for full ones.

1. Place your refill order

When you have two empty cylinders, visit the CO₂ Refill page and place your order at the discounted exchange price.

2. Receive your full cylinders

You’ll receive a box containing your two full CO₂ cylinders, along with a prepaid return label for sending back your empties.

3. Return your empty cylinders

After swapping the new cylinders into your carbonator:

1. Place your empty cylinders into the same box.

2. Attach the prepaid return label.

3. Drop the box off at your nearest return point:

   • Germany: DHL

   • Ireland: DPD

   • Austria: DPD

   • Belgium: DPD

   • France: La Poste

   • Netherlands: PostNL

Once your return is received at our warehouse, your exchange order will be closed automatically.

Important:

Please return the same number of empty cylinders within 7 days of receiving your new, full ones to avoid an additional charge:

• Ireland: €30 per cylinder

• Austria: €15.50 per cylinder

• Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands: €18 per cylinder

• Switzerland: CHF 16.50 per cylinder
